Mark Franzen - President

Mark joined the electrical industry after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Quincy University. He began his career in customer service in quotations and order processing, after which he was promoted to sales representative. Since then Mark has worked with the end user, contractor and distributor customers, developing solid relationships over his years of service and support.

Mark completed his CPMR (Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative). He is past President (Hub) of the Little Wheels Club of Chicago, past President of NEMRA (Northern Illinois Chapter).

Clair CJ Torrence – Senior Sales Representative

Clair began his career working part-time while attending Northwood Institute to attain his business degree. He worked in customer service for 4 years and was then promoted to sales representative.

Clair is now a Senior Sales Representative and does most of our specification work: calling on architects, engineers, contractors and industrials and is also our G.E. Low Voltage Control Specialist.

Tom Ksiazek – Senior Customer Service Representative

Tom started his career at Active Electric Supply, starting in the warehouse and working his way up to Director of Purchasing.  He then joined Fresen & Associates/Electri Agency where he learned all the inside sales aspects of the Manufacturers Rep business.  He joined Hanke Co. in 2002 prior to the merger forming CEMCO in 2003.  Tom’s experience as an electrical distributor , then as a Manufacturers Rep for many years, make him one of the premier customer service reps in the Illinois territory.

Amy Rodgers – Office Assistant

Amy joined CEMCO in 2010 and has a strong background in customer support and office management. She has over 14 years experience working at Chicago Recording Company and FCB/Chicago.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from St. Norbert College.

Facility

October 1, 2010 CEMCO relocated to 476 W. Wrightwood Avenue in Elmhurst, IL. In keeping with current industry trends, we have moved into an office space only to accommodate growth of our inside and outside sales groups. This facility allows us to transition from the rep distribution function of the 1970's and 1980's to the era of reps performing true sales and marketing functions.
